    ADE/ESS Secondary Transition Training and Technical Assistance Needs Survey

  • The purpose the Secondary Transition and Technical Assistance Needs Survey is to gather input from secondary transition stakeholders across Arizona to help the Arizona Department of Education Exceptional Student Services (ADE/ESS) Secondary Transition team plan, refine, and prioritize future professional development (PD) and technical assistance (TA) efforts. 

    Your responses will be used to better understand: 

    • Who is accessing Secondary Transition supports 
    • Which training opportunities and resources have been most useful 
    • What topics, formats, and supports are most needed to improve secondary transition outcomes statewide

    The information collected will directly inform the design, content, and delivery of future ADE/ESS Secondary Transition trainings, resources, and support opportunities.
